What does Complete Campaign include, and when should I book listing video?
Borderland Real Estate Media's Complete Campaign costs $1,050 including GST and includes photography, four drone images, Standard Floor Plans, a Cinematic Listing Video and a dedicated listing website. It brings the main photography and video assets together in one booking. See Pricing for current inclusions, or contact us to chat about your campaign.
What's included?
Complete Campaign gives you photography for the listing, Floor Plans to explain the layout, drone images to show the block and surroundings, and a film that takes buyers through the home. The assets work together, giving you several ways to present the property across your campaign.
We cover the interior and exterior, with as many photographs as a standard single-residence property needs. The four drone images include boundary outlines and location pins where useful. Your dedicated listing website keeps the supplied media together in a shareable property page.
What the film covers
The Cinematic Listing Video is a 60–90 second film with interior, exterior and drone footage, campaign graphics and an optional agent introduction or conclusion.
Every home has something worth spending time on: the connection between the kitchen and outdoor entertaining, a separate living zone, an architectural feature or the property's setting. Let us know what you and the vendor love about the home so we can plan the coverage around it.
Want to appear on camera? We can discuss an introduction or conclusion before filming. If you'd like to walk and talk through the home, ask us about the Agent Guided Tour option.
Packages and extras
Complete Campaign suits a launch where you want photography, layout information, aerial views and a produced film in one booking.
If you need those core assets without video, the Photos + Drone + Floor Plans package is $495 including GST. If you only need the film, the published Cinematic Listing Video price is $599 including GST.
Twilight Full Launch is $1,295 including GST and adds real twilight photography and video, a Site Plan and a Vertical Social Cut. You can also ask about adding a social cut or a Matterport walkthrough to your campaign. These are separate from Complete Campaign's standard inclusions.
