Drone explains the setting
An aerial view helps buyers see where the house sits on the block, how outdoor areas connect and how separate buildings are arranged. It's also useful when the surrounding setting is part of what makes the property appealing.
For land, acreage or homes with substantial outdoor features, that wider view can explain a lot in one image. We can also discuss which nearby amenities or location features are useful to show.
Borderland Real Estate Media offers Aerial Essentials with four images for $265 and Aerial Showcase with eight images for $335, including GST. These options include boundary outlines and local amenity markers where useful. Photography packages that include drone start with four images.
Twilight shows evening character
Twilight photography captures the home in real dusk light. It can be useful where exterior lighting, glazing, a pool or an outdoor entertaining area contributes to the property's presentation after sunset.
If the home has lighting or outdoor spaces you'd like to show in the evening, tell us about them. We can talk through how twilight coverage would fit into the shoot.
Borderland Real Estate Media's Twilight Shoot add-on is $150 including GST per booking, on top of your chosen services. It covers photography, video or both during the same twilight visit.
Include both in the campaign
A home with a generous block, pool and outdoor entertaining area may have plenty to show from above and at dusk. Let us know which features matter to the campaign, and we can plan the aerial images and evening coverage together.
For a campaign needing both, Twilight Full Launch costs $1,295 including GST. It includes photography, four drone images, Standard Floor Plans, a Site Plan, a Cinematic Listing Video, a Vertical Social Cut and real twilight photography/video, plus a dedicated listing website.
