We cover all of the Brisbane and Moreton Bay council areas. Much of our North Brisbane work is in the bayside suburbs of Brighton, Sandgate, Shorncliffe and Deagon, and in Bracken Ridge and Bald Hills to the west. They sit in the City of Brisbane, just across the boundary from our Kallangur base in Moreton Bay.

Older bayside homes need the layout explained
Sandgate grew as a seaside town from the 1850s, and many streets around Sandgate, Shorncliffe and Brighton mix older timber homes with renovations and new builds. Older homes often have rooms added over the years, so a Floor Plan explains a layout that photos alone can't.

Family homes in Bracken Ridge and Bald Hills
For a family home on a suburban block, the yard, the pool or the shed is often part of the sale. Drone images with boundary outlines show buyers the whole block in one frame.
Tell us before the shoot if the property has a second dwelling or several substantial sheds, as that work is quoted before you book. Unusually large homes may need the Large Property Add-On.
Twilight and video
Garden lighting, a fire pit or a covered deck often looks its best at dusk. The Twilight Shoot add-on is one fee per booking, whether we capture photography, video or both.
Complete Campaign adds a Cinematic Listing Video to photography, drone and Standard Floor Plans. Our Portfolio includes a film shot across Redcliffe, Sandgate and Brighton.
