When are Floor Plans worth booking for a property listing?
Floor Plans help buyers understand how rooms connect, where bedrooms sit and how living areas are arranged before they inspect. Borderland Real Estate Media offers Standard and Premium Floor Plans, with Standard included in selected photography packages. Answer the layout questions
A photograph can show a generous living room without explaining what is beside it. Buyers may still want to know whether bedrooms share a hallway, whether living areas are separate, or how the kitchen connects to outdoor entertaining.
Floor Plans give them a reference they can return to while viewing the photographs or after an inspection. They are particularly useful for multiple levels, separate living zones or layouts that are difficult to understand from a sequence of images.
With the layout beside the photographs, buyers can see where each space fits into the home.
Standard or Premium
Standard Floor Plans cost $275 including GST as a standalone service. They include room names and dimensions, cover up to two levels and up to 465 m², and offer black-and-white or colour presentation at no extra cost.
Premium Floor Plans cost $365 including GST as a standalone service. They include the Standard scope with custom colours and fonts, floor textures and custom fixture icons to match your agency or campaign style.

Combine with photography
The $395 Photos + Drone OR Floor Plans package lets you choose Standard Floor Plans alongside photography instead of drone. The $495 Photos + Drone + Floor Plans package includes both.
Standard Floor Plans are also included in Complete Campaign and Twilight Full Launch, so you may already have them covered in the package you're considering.
Existing plans and Site Plans
Already have a plan? Borderland Real Estate Media offers redraws from supplied material without a site visit. Send it through and we can take a look at what's needed.
A Site Plan shows the block, building placement and orientation. If the property has important external structures or extensive outdoor areas, it can help buyers understand how those features sit around the home.
